1. No Refund on Deposits

Once a deposit is made into your Bidora wallet, it is non-refundable. Users are advised to ensure their intent before adding money to their game wallet.

2. Game Entry Fees

• Entry fees paid for participating in a pool or bidding event are also non-refundable once the round begins.
• If a game is canceled due to technical error or administrative decision, the entry fee will be refunded to the user’s Bidora wallet.

3. Bonus Amount

• Any bonus amount credited to user accounts as part of offers or promotions cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
• Bonus amounts can only be used to participate in games on the platform.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without your permission, contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. After verification, a refund decision will be taken at our discretion.

5. Technical Errors

• In case of transaction failure (e.g., money deducted but not credited), users are requested to contact our support with the payment reference number.
• After verification with the payment gateway, the refund or credit will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Withdrawal Refunds

In the event of incorrect or failed withdrawal processing (such as incorrect account details), the amount will be credited back to the user’s Bidora wallet if the transaction is reversed. No cash refund will be made.
