• Each pool has a defined entry fee and prize structure visible before participation.
• Once a bid is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• Winners are selected based on pre-defined logic and transparency mechanisms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• You can add money via UPI, credit/debit card, wallets or net banking.
• Minimum deposit: ₹50 | Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
• Withdrawals may require KYC verification including PAN and bank details.
• We reserve the right to hold or reject withdrawal requests suspected of fraudulent activity.

5. Taxes and Compliance

Winnings above ₹10,000 are subject to 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Indian Income Tax laws. Your PAN is mandatory for such withdrawals.

6. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud

• Any attempt to manipulate the game, use bots, or create fake identities will result in a permanent ban.
• Suspicious activity is reported and handled by our fraud detection system.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts under investigation without notice.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposited funds are non-refundable.
• In case a game is canceled due to technical issues, all entry fees will be refunded to wallets.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable and can be used only to play games.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bidora is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from participation. You use the platform at your own risk. We do not guarantee winnings or platform availability at all times.
